The two-bedroom maisonette combines comfort and warmth with a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Inside, guests can enjoy bright and inviting living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and comfortable areas to relax after a day at the beach. Large windows and direct access to the outdoor space allow natural light to fill the home while offering lovely views of the private garden.
One of the highlights of the property is the spacious private garden, ideal for enjoying peaceful mornings with coffee, outdoor dining under the Greek sun, or relaxing summer evenings surrounded by nature. Located in the beautiful area of Possidi, the maisonette is close enough to enjoy the crystal-clear waters, local tavernas, cafés, and the unique sunsets of Halkidiki, while still offering a calm and relaxing environment for your holidays.

➢ Any loss, damage, or destruction of all, or part of the accommodation equipment, which may result from negligence or fraud, will result in compensation from the guests of the accommodation. For this reason, a check will be made from our representative during check-out, where the keys will be returned.
➢ Any problems, damages, or malfunctions of household items identified by guests, should be reported within 24 hours of arrival at the property, to not be considered your fault.
➢ Please use all devices according to the instructions for use. Similarly, when using BBQ (where it is provided), you must follow the instructions for use that will be given to you - demonstration.
➢ The removal of the power card or key from the designated power activation system is strictly prohibited. Disconnecting the system may result in serious damage to the property’s equipment and poses a significant fire hazard.
➢ Guests are also required to use all electrical appliances responsibly and in moderation. Leaving appliances (such as air conditioning units, stoves, irons, etc.) running while away from the property is strictly forbidden.
➢ Any damage, malfunction, or incident (e.g., short circuit, fire, overheating, appliance failure, etc.) caused by unauthorized removal of the power system components or improper use of electrical devices shall be the sole responsibility of the guest. The guest shall bear full legal and financial liability for any resulting damage.
➢ Please do not use water recklessly.
➢ Interruptions or fluctuations in the water supply may occur due to external factors such as maintenance works, municipal network failures, or increased seasonal demand. Neither the company nor the property is responsible for any such interruptions or delays in restoration, as these matters are beyond their direct control.

➢ Please keep the screens (where they are installed) closed at all hours.
➢ The additional cleaning service in short-term rental accommodations, according to the legislation, is provided by a professional cleaning crew, only at the request of the guest and at an additional charge.
