“Check-in anytime” except when we arrived, the electronic check-in systems were down and there were no staff in the entire hotel to assist. We had to wait over an hour to reach the emergency phone line and get the room code. The code was sent via email but the wifi was down for our whole stay. Terrible experience

Leider bekam ich nicht gleich Zugang ins Hotel. Erst nach Anwahl der Notruf-Nummer erfuhr ich, dass meine Buchung zu kurzfristig erfolgt war, um problemlos einchecken zu können (eine Stunde zuvor). Das war nervig!
