This apartment (47m2) is one of four apartments in our house. All apartments are renovated in May 2018. This apartment is on first floor. We are located in a small and quiet street, surrounded by family houses. In front is a large green area around the house and a large parking lot.

Apartment consists of spacious kitchen and living room, bedroom, bathroom and big terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped, the big living room consist of sofa bed, one single bed satellite TV and air conditioning. The bedroom contains a bed (180 × 200), wardrobe, work desk and also have air conditioning. Free WiFi is avialable in whole apartment.
The nearest supermarket is 300 m away and other facilities (restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, bank, etc.) are located in Matulji (700 m away) and Kastav (2 km away)
We are close to tourist destinations: Rijeka is 10 km away and Opatija 5 km. Nearest beach is 3km away.
