Three levels occupy the 350 m² interior, allowing more than enough space for a couple of families or groups of friends to enjoy privacy as well as making memories together. On the ground floor is a charming fully equipped kitchen with a central island and a separate dining room, as well as a library and two of the bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor is the third bedroom, also a separate apartment with an additional living room, a bedroom with a bathroom and an extra bed in the gallery. Each room has access to a terrace or a balcony with garden furniture. For transparency:please account for 500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the hostand returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Friendly pets are welcome. Pool heating is available with a daily fee of 60 euros, to be paidlocally.
