LUXURY VILLA PETRA WITH 5 BEDROOMS NEAR SPLIT

Villa Petra is a villa which was created in 2017 designed especially for families with children to enjoy the holidays. We have five bedrooms and three bathrooms and a large living room together with the kitchen and dinning room. On the terace we have put some equipment for training so you can enjoy in the view during your exercise. In the front yard we have a private swimmingpool and hot tub also in addition to which there is a very nice outdoor arena with an outdoor fireplace, making this place ideal for a pleasant social gathering with family and friends. There is also a playground for your children in the yard of the building. Villa Petra offers entertainment with table tennis or table football.

Villa Petra is situated between Split and Trogir, both protected by UNESCO. It would be very nice to visit famous Diocletian´s Palace in Split. We are also very close to mountain "Kozjak" so if you like hiking in the nature you can enjoy it as well. In case that you like more walking along the sea you can come to the center of Kaštel Stari (less than 2 km from us) and there you have a walking trail 10 km long with very nice beaches. Here in our city we have small castles like castle Vitturi which you can visit as well and find out something new about historical legacy of this area.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be within walking distance of Đardin Beach. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool, a gym, and a hot tub. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the villa.

Amazing villa in a beautiful country

We stayed at Villa Petra for 2 weeks. There were 2 families, 4 adults and 5 children and plenty of space for all of us. The pool and outside BBQ area was fab! Everything you could need. We managed to do lots of cooking inside and outside due to the facilities being so good. The villa is about. 20 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants for eating out. We hired a car so we’re able to drive to Lidl to do food shopping but there are a number of smaller supermarkets close by. The hosts were amazing and we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. This was our first trip to Croatia and we will, without a doubt be back! Not only to Croatia but to this stunning villa!

Super Familienurlaub

Sehr schöne Villa mit 5 Schlafzimmern, Außenpool, Whirlpool und Außengrill. Das Haus ist neu und sauber. Es hat alles gepasst, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kindern) dort. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es alles für den täglichen Gebrauch: Supermarkt, Fischmarkt, Metzger, Bäcker. Zum Strand sind es ca 20 min zu Fuß (mit Kinder). Nach Trogir fährt man 15min mit dem Auto, nach Split sind es ca. 20-25min. Eine Busverbindung nach Trogir und Split ist auch vorhanden (Bushaltestelle ist ca 5 -10min Fußweg entfernt). Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr nett und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und könne die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen !!!

Very nice house

We stayed for 9 days with 9 people (4 adults and 5 children). Good space for everyone. Nice yard with a pool, bubble bath and a grill. Everything in the house is quite new. You can walk to a supermarket which is close by and also to the beach. The host was super helpful and everything worked fine!
