Villa Elizabet is located in the village of Babici, not far from the center of Kastelir in the interior of Istria, on a small hill, from where there is a beautiful panoramic view of Kastelir, overgrown hills and the sea. The house is only a 10 minute drive to the resort of Lanterna and the beach, sports and entertainment venues. Guests are offered a variety of gastronomic experiences in the several taverns in the area, as well as various wine cellars, shops, cafes and many cycling and walking routes.
Villa Elizabet was built in 2015 and is situated on its own approx. 950sqm plot with a well-kept lawn. Guests have at their disposal a 32m2 outdoor pool with loungers, a spacious covered terrace with garden furniture and several parking spaces. Play facilities for the little ones, such as a trampoline and children's slide, as well as several bicycles are also available.
The holiday home offers 210sqm of living space spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace and direct access to the outside area, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom and balcony with a beautiful view, a second bedroom and a bathroom in the hallway.
