Villa Vegt is located in the village of Kaštelir near Poreč. This modern villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people who will certainly enjoy everything it has to offer. The villa has a heated swimming pool surrounded by a spacious garden, making it an ideal place for a holiday throughout the year. Free parking is also available at the villa.



The interior of the villa measures 160 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with a large sofa, ideal for enjoying some time indoors. Behind the sofa is a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, where you can easily prepare any meal you wish. The kitchen has a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine so you can enjoy your favorite coffee even on holiday. There is also a dining table in the kitchen for enjoying meals with the whole group.



Villa Vegt has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating, so you can set the perfect temperature no matter the season. 2 bedrooms also have balconies and 1 bedroom has a cot if you are traveling with young children. All bathrooms are spacious and have walk-in showers.



The 1,100m² garden has a large terrace with a heated pool and outdoor shower, as well as sun loungers by the pool where you can relax under a parasol or sunbathe. There is also a charcoal barbecue on the terrace and in the fully covered area next to the house there is a summer kitchen with a large dining table and a wine fridge, so you can always enjoy perfectly chilled drinks.



If you want to explore the interior of Istria, nearby you will find Višnjan, a town famous for its observatory, and Motovun, a medieval Istrian town on a hill that offers hiking and cycling trails as well as a rich culinary scene. If you are looking for beaches, Poreč and Novigrad are less than 15km away from the villa, and there are many smaller villages with beaches along the coast for a quieter atmosphere. For fun in pools and on slides make sure to visit the Istralandia water park near Novigrad or the Aquacolors water park near Poreč.
