Luxury equipped villa with private pool, sauna and jacuzzi for eight persons. Located in Kaštelir, 7 km from the sea. The beautifully landscaped yard with summer kitchen and barbecue by the pool will delight guests. A children's playground is also available for guests at the holiday home. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room and wellnes. (sauna and jacuzzi). On the first floor of Ville Petra Castelier there are three bedrooms with private bathrooms. From the balcony and pool there is a beautiful view of the sea on the western coast of Istria and the green surroundings. Pets are welcome! (max 3) All rooms are air-conditioned. Parking is located in front of the house. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a restaurant with well-known Istrian specialties..

Great property

Tolle, saubere Villa und nette Gastgeber

Ein tolles Haus, wir waren 6 Erwachsene und ein Baby. Alles war makellos sauber, Mirko hat sich regelmäßig um Pool und Whirlpool gekümmert. Oben sind drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, unten der Wohn-/Essbereich, ein WC und der Wellnessbereich mit Dusche, Whirlpool und Sauna. Der Außenbereich ist auch mit Baby/Kleinkind super nutzbar, da eine niedrige Mauer die Outdoor-Küche vom Poolbereich trennt. Egal ob Sonne oder Regen, in der Villa Petra kann man sich super beschäftigen. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ans Meer, nach Porec, Novigrad etc.

Wunderschöne Villa mit traumhaften Ausblick zum Meer

In der Villa Petra haben wir uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt.Alles ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem die Sauberkeit und die gepflegte Aussenanlage machen den Urlaub perfekt. Den tollen Jacuzzi und Sauna im Haus haben wir gerne genutzt. Vielen Dank an Mirko und seine Familie von denen wir so herzlich empfangen wurden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen.
