As you enter this 41 m² loft–style space, you’ll discover a cozy bedroom furnished with two twin beds and a well-appointed living area featuring a comfortable sofa bed, accommodating up to three adults with ease. Natural light streams in through the sliding doors that open onto a private balcony—perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying the gentle sea breeze as you unwind at the end of a day exploring the town.

Designed to feel like a true home-away-from-home, Apartment 401 includes a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare a leisurely breakfast or a casual dinner, as well as a private bathroom fitted with modern fixtures. Please note that, in compliance with Greece’s “short-term vacation rental” regulations (AMA 00003379114), we are not able to offer daily housekeeping or additional hotel‐style services—allowing you more flexibility and the freedom to come and go as you please. An elevator carries you to the third floor of Vila Arhontisa; from there, a single flight of stairs leads you to the apartment door.
