Reasonable hotel for a small budget

I think the reception guy, BJ, is the best part of all. very friendly, helpful, and informative. he even offer us to share a taxi with other guests going to the same direction. for people who have limited budget, this hotel is worth a try. the price also include breakfast and mineral water, and with the additional 700npr, they can pick you up from the airport, which is cheaper than airport taxi at overyime hours.

Excellent hotel, staff, food and garden

Can't go wrong for the price. Nice and quiet during the night, also only a 2 minute walk to the tourist hotspot of thamel. Amazing views from the roof top garden, perfect for watching the sunset with a beer/ bottle of wine. Hot water and ensuit bathroom made life a lot nicer. Hotel felt and was very secure. Great food, reasonably priced. Staff are ALWAYS more than happy to help.

屋上の眺めは良いが部屋は改善が必要

お湯は時間帯と天候によっては出ない時があります。ネットもかなり不安定。 部屋は狭く、この値段なら他にも選択肢は沢山あるかと。

とても良かった。バルコニーも付いていて、部屋も広くて過ごしやすいお部屋でした。値段以上の価値があります。 人気があるらしく、予約が一杯だとスタッフが言っていましたが、人気が出る訳が分かる気がします。

Conveniente

Hotel básico, porém atende para quem quer ficar perto do agito. A iluminação do quarto era ruim, lâmpada queimada. A pior parte foi não sabermos que a rua do hotel estava toda quebrada, em obras, os carros não passavam e tínhamos que andar uma boa parte pisando na lama, com as mochilas e nos equilibrando para não cair no buraco.

소개글과 너무나 다른 숙소

지도가 잘못 표기되어 있어 숙소를 찾기가 어려웠고 타멜에서 멀리 떨어져 있음 방에서 담배냄새가 나서 잠을 이루기 어려웠고 이불의 청결상태도 않좋았음

Lugnt område men ändå mitt i Tamel som är turistområdet. Riktigt kallt och rått på rummet. Skitiga rum men ok för priset.

Nice, friendly garden hotel in excellent location

We enjoyed the stay at the Kathmandu Friendly Home a lot, especially due to the excellent location at the outskirts of Thamel and the lush garden and sunny terrace. The staff was friendly, but not always that well organized and we rarely enjoyed warm showers or enough towels. Value for money is pretty good though and the rooms/beds were always clean and rather comfy.

המלוו קרוב מרחק הליכה מהטאמל אבל לא נמצא ממש בתוכו. אם אתם מטיילים צעירים שלא מחפשים משהו מפואר אז יש מקומות זולים בהרבה. למרות זאת, בשביל לילה ראשון לנחיתה רכה, ממש מומלץ. יש מים חמים במקלחת והמקום נעים, שירות אדיב.

スタッフが良い人ばかりです。

最初のうち部屋でネットが使えなかったので、1階のロビーで作業していたらスタッフの方がゲストルームで接続できないの？と尋ねてきてくれました。接続できていないことを伝えると客室前の廊下の電波状況を調べてくれて、新たな接続方法を教えてくれました。 スタッフの人たちがアットホームな感じでいつも笑顔で迎えてくださるのが印象的でした。 皆さん日本語はできませんが、片言の英語でも聞いてくださいます。 本当にお世話になりました。
