A couple of nights to see Blue Mountains

Location was great, close to attractions and backed onto a lovely greenspace. Had everything you could need.

Left stranded

45 mins away from the accommodation we were informed by the owner that they were unaware f our stay. At 9pm at night we were left to find our own accommodation at a peak time. We were promised that as we were stranded we would be contacted by stayz with priority. I’m glad we didn’t wait otherwise we would have been sleeping in our car. I have received a full refund but still no contact from stayz to apologise for their abandonment.
