La Villette is a warm and welcoming Blue Mountains retreat located in the heart of Katoomba, just minutes from Scenic World and a short drive to Katoomba Mall’s cafes, shops, and restaurants. Thoughtfully renovated and ideal for families or groups of up to nine guests, this charming single-level cottage offers space, comfort and convenience in a classic mountain setting.

Inside, you’ll find four well-appointed bedrooms: two with queen beds, one with a double bed, and a fourth featuring a bunk with a double on the bottom and a single on top. Hotel-quality linen and electric blankets are provided in every room to keep you cozy year-round. The home includes two modern bathrooms, central heating and cooling throughout, and two generous living areas—perfect for groups who want the option to come together or relax separately. The formal lounge features a wood-burning fireplace and Smart TV, while the informal lounge includes a second Smart TV with free-to-air channels.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook at home, with modern appliances including a fridge, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Meals can be enjoyed around the large indoor dining table or outside on the spacious deck, which also features a gas BBQ and an additional café-style table for two.

Families are well catered for, with a portacot and highchair available (just bring your own linen for the cot), and pets are welcome too. There`s a full, external laundry with a new washing machine and dryer, and parking is available for one car in the driveway, with additional free street parking nearby.

Whether you`re curling up by the fire, enjoying a BBQ on the deck, or heading out to explore the Blue Mountains, La Villette is a relaxed and well-located base for your getaway.
