The Space:
Please Note: We have two separate Airbnb listings on our property: this one, called "Mia Mia" and a cozy 1-bedroom granny flat named "The Loft” (viewable on my profile). The entry to the Loft is at the back of the main house, with guests entering and exiting via the back garden and utilising the back driveway accessed from Melrose Lane. Guests of the Loft have exclusive use of the back driveway. As a guest of Mia Mia, you will have exclusive use of the main house and gardens, with parking available on Mort Street or in the main house driveway, which accommodates up to three cars. Both listings are designed to offer complete privacy and independence, but you may occasionally see guests entering or exiting the Loft. If you are traveling with family or friends and wish to book the studio so a couple or individual travelers have their own space outside of the main house, please let us know, and we can arrange that for you (subject to availability).

Each of the four bedrooms are generously sized, with two offering ensuites equipped with freestanding showers and bathtubs. A third bathroom, also featuring a bath and shower, ensures ample convenience for groups. Hotel-quality linen, towels, and Ikou toiletries—a premium local brand based in Leura Mall—are provided for a luxurious stay. Please note that while the photos show fireplaces in the bedrooms, they are decorative and non-operational during your stay.

The home’s layout is designed for both socializing and privacy. Guests can gather in the formal or informal living rooms, each warmed by gas fireplaces. The informal living room features ample seating, a leather Chesterfield sofa, and a Samsung Frame Smart TV, while the elegant formal living room—with its working gramophone—is perfect for enjoying an afternoon aperitif by the fire.

The fully stocked kitchen, complete with basic pantry staples, makes cooking a breeze. A large dining table seating 8 provides the perfect setting for shared meals, with a smart TV nearby to keep younger guests entertained.

Families with children are catered for with a portacot and highchairs, and an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer makes longer stays stress-free.

Outdoors, the property is surrounded by stunning long-established winter gardens. Multiple entertaining spaces include a firepit area, a large dining table with seating for 10, and various benches and chairs throughout the gardens, creating the perfect setting for quiet relaxation or lively gatherings.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire house and front garden but not the Garage or back driveway which is for the exclusive use of the guests of the Loft (view the studio in my profile).
