We decided to spend a few hours in this hotel as we arrived at 1:30AM and nothing else was available. This was a horrible place to stay and my worst experience in Turkey to date. We were initially given room 403 and careless me slipped into the bed to relax right away and within a short period of time I was bitten 20-30 times forcing me to turn the light on. I couldn’t understand what was biting me and thought mosquitoes but after turning the lights on I quickly killed about 1/2 a dozen BedBugs and saw dozens more which immediately forced me to go to management at about 3AM. My room was switched but it was clear management was aware of the situation. I reluctantly took the next room as I had been driving for almost 12 hours. I do not recommend this place at all. I’m hoping our things didn’t bring any unwanted bedbugs with us!

Rezervasyonumuzu yapıp onay aldıktan sonra yola çıktık. Yoldayken otel tarafından aranarak odalarının müsait olmadığı, rezervasyonu bizim iptal etmemizin istendiği söylendi. Buna rağmen biz iptal etmedik çünkü hata bizden kaynaklı değildi. Yolda mağdur edilmek son derece profesyonellik dışı bir durum. Bu süreçte ciddi zaman ve stres yaşadık. Kesinlikle güvenilir bir işletme değil, tavsiye etmiyorum.

4 yatak olması gerekiyordu, üç yatak vardı. Çarşafsız yastıksız bir kanepe yatak sayılıyor. Mini buzdolabı olması gerekiyordu, çalışmıyordu. Yatakların altından siyah böcekler çıkıyordu. Banyo tuvalet kısmı pis. İlgilenen yok. Görevli arasan bulamazsın. Rutubet kokuyor. İçerde sürekli sigara içilmiş koku sinmiş. Pencerede sineklik yok. Tül perde yok. Park var deniyor, sokağa park ediyorsun.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Allerdings war der Zustand der Möbel problematisch – sie verströmten einen starken, unangenehmen Geruch, sodass es kaum möglich war, bei geschlossenen Fenstern zu schlafen. In der gesamten Unterkunft lag ein deutlicher Zigarettengeruch in der Luft, was besonders störend war. Trotz frischer Bettlaken roch auch das Bett unangenehm, was den Schlafkomfort stark beeinträchtigt hat.
