My place is just a few metres (40-50) from a small "private" beach, and very close to other beaches, just a 5-10 min. drive and you reached Porto Koundouros or Poises beach.
From almost every aspect of the house you get great views to Aegean sea. You’ll love my place because of the light, the coziness, the view, the feeling of peace and tranquility it offers. It is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
The space
The Villa is located in Koundouros, one of the most beautiful areas in Kea island,only few steps(apx 80) from the sea! It is a 190sqm villa in a 1000sqm garden, divided in 2 levels, and a big swimming pool!
In the upper level you will find a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dinning area in the interior and in the exterior is a big veranda with a spectacular sea view. On the other level is the resting area with 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1 other master bedroom with a private entrance from the garden, en-suite bathroom and a small fridge. All bedrooms have their own A/C and ceiling fans. In the garden outside on the lower level, there is also available an outdoor shower for a quick refreshment after swimming or tanning.
