Quiet hours 8pm-8am. Shoes must be removed before entry. There is a $100 fee for lost, stolen, damaged or non-returned remotes.
No loud noises or parties. Furniture must not be rearranged. Dishes must be washed prior to checkout. No sleeping on the couch without sheets.
No use of outdoor common areas after 9pm. A fine of $800 per occurrence, will be assessed for smoking and $1000 for parties on property.
