Welcome to or beautiful five bedroom retreat. Loon Lake Cottage! We pride ourselves on providing luxury family vacation properties that feel like a home away from home.
Nestled into a private bay of Loon Lake, our cottage sits on a natural beach surrounded by sprawling woodlands and forest home to a vast array of Canadian wildlife. Loon Lake is pristine, clear lake free of weeds, and is habitat to plenty of fish, turtles and loons. It is a quiet lake greatly suited for all water activities.

I am always available by app or text first. I will make myself available for phone calls.

Important-Waste Disposal

Due to the wildlife in the area, ensure that you DO NOT leave any garbage/recyclables outside.

There is NO CURBSIDE PICK UP in this remote area, so all garbage, recyclables and empties must be returned appropriately. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

Beer, liquor and wine bottles may be returned at Fetterley’s Garage, on Hwy 518 in Kearney. Times of operation vary.

The Town of Kearney is very committed to its recycling initiatives. Recycling bins are provided at the cottage and we advise that you familiarize yourself with the information provided within the cottage regarding the types of products that can be recycled. The fee for each garbage bag dumped is $2.00, there is no fee for recyclables. Only CLEAR GARBAGE BAGS are accepted at the dump – a box is provided at the cottage. It is likely that the attendants will request you to go through the garbage bags if they suspect any recycling materials to be included in the garbage. Recycling and garbage bags must be taken to the dump by the end of your stay. The cleaner bills $200 to remove and transport garbage, recycling and food stuff from the cottage and this charge will be deducted from the security deposit if these items are left behind. We suggest that you plan in advance when to take the majority of your recyclables/garbage to the dump, and then take any remaining garbage with you on your departure date.
