The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on the area around the property is because they were sealing the asphalt, which closed down part of the parking lot for the 2 days we were there. There was also new bathroom material on the grass in the back. Both of these things are for improvements on the property, which they were in the midst of, so perhaps I shouldn't ding them. The room was newly done and clean and smelled good, and we saved a significant amount by not going elsewhere. Breakfast was good, we were there first as we get up so early. The eggs were fluffy and well-seasoned, good options for other things and the coffee was hot.

SOOOOO... incredibly PISSED. Trialing this expediate experience... recommendations... etc. HOTEL... what a disaster! NIGHT was SO bad... that we just left early hours of the morning! They allow dogs... which were whimpering and barking all night. From the point of when the person locked the dog in... which they went out... to the early hours of the morning when the person returned. Then... the front desk... doesn't answer the phone for the complaint... that I had to go out and search for the person representing the night shift... who I eventually found in a back room at the desk- half awake- watching TV on her phone. Person would also not give me her name. Denied that there were dogs in the facility... noise complaints... etc... Until she actually heard it in the distance... and I politely asked her to go down the hallway to investigate. Which... she said, "well that room is down the hall... you shouldnt hear it.". ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Could hear it from the front desk! I came out multiple times to complain... to the point I was ready to call the police. The only thing the associate could offer. Well I'll call the room and let them know. Which... maybe occurred... cause it sounded like they were then abusing the dog. Which I also... went out and referred too. Even walking out... and potential shift change... personal coming over-heard me talking- day manager was made aware... could not care the complaint or occurrence.

This room and property doesn’t resemble anything close to the advertisement. My shower is literally covered with a tan mat, that’s peeling up, and the shower drain pan showing, with the shower head mounted in the weirdest location. This hotel is not worth the money at all.
