Layout
Upon entering from the private, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and a bright living room on the ground floor. A large balcony door and two steps lead directly from this space to the garden and pool terrace. On this level, a double bedroom and a family shower room for added convenience can also be found.


An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where two additional double bedrooms share a family shower room. One of these bedrooms features a private balcony with breathtaking views across the sea and surrounding hillsides—a perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee or an afternoon tea.
Pool and Garden
The large patio door opens from the living room onto the sunny pool terrace and garden. The private swimming pool (10.0m x 5.0m), complete with Roman steps, is one of the largest in the area and enjoys sunlight throughout most of the day. It is perfectly positioned to take in magnificent sea and mountain views while offering ample space for sunbathing, peaceful relaxation, and refreshing swims.
At one end of the terrace is a charming gazebo with a built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area—ideal for preparing meals al fresco and enjoying dinner beneath the Kefalonian night sky.
