Set in 1 acre of private gated gardens, among citrus trees and olive groves with absolutely stunning views out to sea and neighbouring Zakynthos as well as amazing mountain views.
The main Villa consists of 3 double ensuite bedrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a large fully equipped living room space and an inside dining area. The Living room has a large TV with all UK and international channels, including all sports and Movie channels and streaming. There is also a Blue tooth Hi Fi / radio to connect devices and modern furnishings.
The separate self-contained annex house is 15 meters from the main house contains a Kitchen / dining area, double ensuite bedroom plus double sofa bed.
All rooms are fully A/C with amazingly comfy beds. Wi-Fi coverage to the entire property and pool area. The mix of ground & 1st floor & bedrooms makes it ideal for those with challenges around stairs.
The outside areas consist of plenty of shade and garden furniture to enjoy the views with a drink, morning coffee or Tea. There is a separate shaded BBQ - kitchen / outside dining area, overlooking the pool for those evenings entertaining.
The Pool: A large, 12 x 4.5 meters (1.8meters deep) infinity pool with a built in Jacuzzi area to enjoy the views while relaxing. It is also long enough to get those early morning late evening lengths in for those wanting a solitary 2 or 3 km swim!
