A spectacular modern apartment overlooking the south coast of the wonderful island of Kefalonia. We had all that you could wish for from this villa. Our host, Nikos, was really welcoming giving us local recommendations, showing us around the villa and gave us 24hr contact info. We even got a gift of local wines and delicacies as a birthday treat. I can not recommend this place highly enough. A great place to stay!

⸻ A Wonderful Stay at Oikos Boutique – Perfect for Families We had a truly amazing stay at Oikos Boutique. We rented Villa B (Villa Deluxe) as two families – ten people in total, including four adults and six children. Among the children were three tall teenagers (15 and 17 years old) and three young girls aged between 7 and 11. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, the team at Oikos was simply outstanding. Warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive, they were always available to assist, whether it was for small questions or to ensure everything was running smoothly. Every day, the team came by to check in and take out the trash, but never showed up unannounced — they always let us know ahead of time. Sia was truly exceptional. Her warmth, natural kindness, and calm professionalism made a real difference in our experience. She was always present and attentive without ever being intrusive, and she handled every situation with grace and care. Whether it was helping us with day-to-day questions or finding quick, thoughtful solutions, she always made us feel supported. Even when we forgot something after our departure, she found an easy and practical way to help us recover it, as we were still spending some time nearby. Sia was more than just helpful — she was a highlight of our stay, and we’re so grateful for everything she did for us.
