Villa Averto Family sized villa with style, elegance and stunning seaviews!

Villa AVERTO is a newly built villa with 3 bedrooms and spectacular seaviews. Ideally located on the outskirts of Sami, just a 10 minute walk from the center of town and a good choice of cafes, tavernas, shops and just a 15 minute drive from the famous ANTISAMOS beach.
Back at the villa you'll have a good-sized private jacuzzi and plenty of outdoor space to unwind and admire the superb scenery. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.
LAYOUT
The front door opens into an open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area
on the ground floor.From the living room there is a big balcony door leading to a shaded balcony- terrace, overlooking the jacuzzi , the gardenand sea
views beyond. Leading off from the living room is a common W.C and a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, both double and with en suite shower and private balconies.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven and has a dining area.

Villa Averto was the best home rental we have ever had! The entire property was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The 3 bedrooms were spacious, and it was wonderful having 3.5 bathrooms for our family of 6. The rental was very well-equipped: plenty of plates, utensil, and glasses/mugs, plus any additional equipment needed for cooking. The outdoor barbeque was a fantastic bonus that we used. We enjoyed dining on the patio (with a sunshade provided) for each meal we were home at the villa. The location was wonderful - centrally located to major tourist sites in Sami, and it was a short walk into the town, where there were many shops and restaurants. Plus the home was up on a hill, with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. It was a lovely surprise to open the refrigerator and find bottled waters, a bottle of wine, and fresh fruit! Additionally, chocolate treats and breakfast croissants were in a basket on the counter. This, combined with daily housekeeping really made for a luxurious stay. Our host, Ourania, greeted us on our arrival day, and she made sure to check in on us and make sure we were comfortable with everything we needed. She communicated 2 days prior to arrival with detailed information on check-in. She was easy to contact through WhatsApp during our stay.I cannot recommend this property enough. If we return to Kefalonia, we will definitely stay here again. An excellent home rental!
