All bedrooms open directly onto the shaded pergola and pool area, where guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, lounge seating, sunbeds, umbrella, and an expansive manicured lawn garden. The villa enjoys sea views even at this level, with beautiful sunrise moments over the horizon.

This level also includes a second full-size refrigerator and laundry facilities, making it especially practical for extended stays and larger groups.
