It is a bright and comfortable residence of 105m² with a lovely garden, 1 km far from the airport, 1.5 km from organized beaches (Spasmata & Platia Ammos), 6 km from Argostoli. More beaches such as Avithos, Ammes, and Ai Helis Beach are 1,5 km away. There are mini markets, car rental offices, restaurants and café-bars near by. It is fully furnished and equipped It can be easily used by people with disabilities. It consists of 2 large bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room.Free Wi-fi.
Ground floor residence of 105m² in a country house with a garden. Independent entrance, parking area and no stairs make it ideal for people with mobility problems. In our beautiful courtyard, the visitor can enjoy the large garden, relax in the balcony having marvelous view of the sea or take advantage of the barbeque at the yard.The bright lounge-dinning room has two modern sofas that open up and communicates with the fully equipped kitchen (small appliances and kitchen utensils). The master bedroom has romantic furnishing with a double bed and a open-up sofa. In the second bedroom there is a double bed in the same style. The bathroom is spacious with a corner bathtub and a washing machine. All rooms are air-conditioned with free Wi-fi.
