Quiet Kefalonian Paradise

I couldn't have imagined a more perfect villa, in a better location, with a lovely homeowner and property management. Villa Rudi gave my family a safe and quiet place to relax, bond, and adventure from. The kids absolutely loved the pool. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook family meals when we weren't out dining at the Grill House (walking distance). There are so many nearby beaches and lovely villages to explore. Nothing on the island is more than 1 hour drive from Villa Rudi. The villa is well maintained and beautifully decorated. This is the kind of place you'll want to return to over and over. I cannot recommend Villa Rudi more highly. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Villa Rudi review: Our first trip to Kefalonia was a winner! Overall, I felt like a member of the rich and famous. Having this quiet, private, very clean and spacious area was just what we were looking for at the end of our European extravaganza. The location of the villa is beautiful. Good Wi-Fi, 3 bedrooms with nice comfortable beds. It sits in a quiet neighborhood with stunning views. A 15 minute walk took us to a nearby beach and there is a convenient small market just a few blocks away for our basic needs. The capital Argostoli is a fun place and not far- - this includes the airport, cafes, restaurants, cheaper groceries, pharmacies, etc. We rented a car but it was not necessary. Whatever your mode of transportation, we recommend the drive to Myrtos beach for a change of pace and some of the most stunning photos of our trip. The owner lives in a nearby Villa. She gave us plenty of privacy but is also sensitive and responsive to any needs. We did not even have to ask but she made sure we were comfortable until our flight left on the last day. Thank you Alexandria for your great hospitality!
