Lovely stay on the outskirts of Strasbourg

Margot is a lovely host, easy to talk to, who has a cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It's only 30 minutes into downtown Strasbourg. Highly recommended!

A spacious, unique, peaceful well located house

We spent Christmas here with our dog and found the property suited us in every way - a large secure garden for the dog (with access from both the living room and bedroom), lovely spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen all in a peaceful location. We were able to visit Strasbourg and Colmar very easily from here and also enjoy the Rhine and discover the lovely town of Gengenbach. Delightful hosts next door.

Peaceful and comfortable place to stay

We stayed four nights in this charming apartment and used it as our base for exploring Strasbourg. It sits at the back of the owner's property which is gated and located in a very safe residential neighborhood. The bedroom is a good size and comes with two comfortable twin beds. The kitchen and bathroom are both well-stocked with travelers' essentials. The washer and dryer work well. The wifi works well also. We didn't use the TV. Parking is on the street in front of the property and is free. We had no problem finding a close place to park. There are no stairs to enter the apartment but there are four stairs inside the apartment that separates the bedroom and living room from the kitchen and the bathroom. The floor is heated (so nice!). The towels are the best! The journey to the tram station in Kehl is 15-20 min away by car. From there, the tram comes around every 10 minutes or so to transport you into Strasbourg. The owner was very responsive to messages and was flexible with our check-in time. She met us when we arrived and gave us the keys and an orientation to the apartment. She speaks an adequate amount of English required to communicate the basics (very helpful!)

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Die Möglichkeit in der Umgebung Fahrradtouren zu unternehmen fanden wir sehr gut. Der Schwarzwald, Strasbourg sowie die französischen Grenzstädte konnten wunderbar erreicht werden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Schöne Woche in Leitesheim

Schöne Wohnung, nette Leute

Schöne Wohnung, ruhig gelegen und guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in den Schwarzwald oder nach Strasbourg und in die Vogesen. Nette Vermieter, haben uns direkt am ersten Tag mit Mirabellen aus dem Garten versorgt. Kleiner Punktabzug für die fehlende Erwähnung der Treppe im Wohnbereich - die Bilder zeigen sie aber :)
