We booked for six nights but for 3 nights we did not have A/C in the room, they said it was general fail that will restore asap, they never inform or update about it, when we ask they sent maintenance to the room. The maintenance guy said it was resolved that same night what means that no body cares about our room, we asked about be moved to another room but they have no vacancy (very unusual because all hotels have some extra rooms in case something happened) they gave us a fan to fix the problem. I understand that all properties may have a chance that something is not working properly but they way they handle this situation was not the best one. We stayed there because we travel with our dog and there was not other place with rooms available.

While my stay there was great I am quite annoyed with one thing. I booked my room through Expedia, between expedia and best western I received 10 emails and at least 4 text messages. This amount of messages drove me crazy as this was for just one night stay. My family recently travelled to Maui for a two week holiday and received probably one third the amount of messages for our entire holiday.

Was sent a text the day we arrived that said the hot tub was closed but the pool would be open until 11pm. Went at 9:30 to discover a sign that said it was closed. When I asked staff, they said it would be open in half an hour and that they would call my room when it was. When I didn't recieve a call, I called to learn that it would in fact not be open. Dissapointing since we planned to spend that night at the pool for our stay instead of going out.
