Great rooms that were very spacious and the bed was super comfy. The man working at the front desk( can’t remember his name) was excellent. He even waived the $16 parking fee for the night which was super kind. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone

The Hyatt is located in a great spot - very close to downtown, Prospera Place and the waterfront. The King suite room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We didn't try the in-house restaurant but there is food available - breakfast is $11 per day for guests. Free underground secure parking is available. Staff are lovely, making check-in and check-out a breeze. This was my second stay and I will definitely return.
