Kick back, relax and enjoy the incredible city, lake and orchard views from Black Mountain with epic sunsets by the pool! We are 40 minutes from Big White, 15 minutes to downtown and the airport, 10 minutes to Orchard Park mall, 3 minutes from a grocery store and close to many beaches, hikes, golf courses and wineries.

Our home is a perfect getaway for families or groups of friends but because we live in a family friendly neighborhood, our place is not suitable for parties!

Our home includes a large open concept top floor that includes a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook while still being part of the fun! There is a dedicated workspace for remote workers and every room has blackout curtains.

POOL OPENS JULY 2025

The private pool deck includes an inground pool, pool floaties, beach towels, sun loungers, outdoor dining area, a BBQ, outdoor sitting area and a bathroom.

The pool is open from July to mid - September (weather permitting) and will be maintained for you throughout your stay as needed. The pool is not heated, water temperature is subject to seasonal weather. Pool depth is approx. 4ft at the shallow end and 10ft at the deep end. No lifeguard on duty!

For your convenience, there is a bathroom with a shower located right beside the pool. Bathroom door is located under the stairs.

Pool hours are 9am - 9pm as we would like to be respectful to our neighbors.

There is parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway. If you need an extra spot, please let us know before your arrival. Please do not park on the street.

There is a doorbell camera onsite at the front door.

We have free wi-fi for guests. There is a TV on site with access to Netflix.

We live onsite and have two medium sized dogs. Dogs have access to the other side of the yard that is fully fenced off for everyone’s privacy. You will hear the occasional bark but we try our best to keep it to a minimum.

We loved this place. It was super clean and comfy. The kitchen was so well stocked!! The view was gorgeous and in such a nice location where you can get to anywhere you want in and around the city. The owners were amazing! Super super friendly and extremely attentive and great with communication!! They also had really cute dogs!! The house was so cool with the AC and the pool was awesome on the hot days! There are a few minor cosmetic things that could be touched up but I felt that did not detract from the stay at all!!! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Kelowna Holiday

My family and I (6 of us) just stayed 7 nights. Location was great and check in was a breeze. The property manager/home owner was amazingly responsive. Despite the weather not being overly hot, the younger teenagers still loved getting into the pool almost every day. My wife and I found the king bed very comfortable. We cooked several meals at the residence which was great as eating out was getting old and expensive. What stood out to me was how quickly the owner responded to any messages/questions/requests. We had a great week, thank-you!

Pool Fun in the Sun!

Stayed here for a week in mid July with our family. Had an amazing time enjoying the pool and deck area. Loved the beautiful view across the valley towards the lake. Kitchen was well stocked. We also enjoyed the comfortable living room and beds. Tabitha was a great host, very accommodating with our requests and quick to respond. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We would recommend this property for anyone looking for pool fun in the sun!

A True Gem

Our stay was incredible! The check in was easy, the hosts were super friendly and accommodating, their puppers are super cute and the property was amazing! The home was spotless, the beds and bedding so comfy, the kitchen has absolutely everything you need (and then some), the a/c was a blessing, and the pool area was so relaxing and very enjoyable! Great views in the evening... overall a very comfortable stay!
