Disappointed in the treatment of guests with disabilities. We were traveling with my mother, who uses a walker, and each night the designated handicap parking spots were taken by vehicles without handicap permits. The automatic lights in the bathroom were also an issue—my mother nearly had an accident because the lights turned off unexpectedly. Lastly, on the morning we were leaving, the front desk approached my mother and told her she could not smoke near the door, even though the ashtray is literally right next to it. Overall, we were very disappointed with how the hotel accommodates guests with disabilities, and it’s unacceptable that there isn’t a clearly designated smoking area for guests.

Generally a great hotel stay. The breakfast space was fairly small so if many people are eating it’s a bit congested. Hotel was clean and beds comfortable. Would stay there again.

A two night stay booked through Expedia and initially upon first impressions look great. After staying in it, you start to see the lack of amenities such as bar soap or body wash and the Do Not Disturb/Housekeeping card was non existent. The kitchen sink, microwave, and mini fridge with separate freezer was a bonus. The house keeping did not replenish toilet paper or facial tissues making our room supplies very tight. For the price we paid, this establishment could definitely improve to meet its price point as other cheaper lower grade hotels offer these basic services. A solid 3.

We stayed for one night while travelling to Alberta. The location is beside the highway, and in an area with many homeless folks around. This made the parking feel insecure as vehicles are not in any direct view of the hotel. The cleanliness was subpar. Our room had rusty attachments in the shower, dirty finger prints on the bathroom light switch, and windows with dirty film on them that hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Comfortable beds and the morning breakfast were redeeming qualities of this stay, but I would stay again.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Checkin and out were quite seamless. It didn’t meet our expectations on a few notes. The cleanliness of our room upon arrival was sub par. There were some stains on the floor on the bathroom and in our kitchenette space. There was limited shampoo and conditioner and no soap in the shower. No smart tv and casting didn’t work with iPhone. Around the hotel is a homeless shelter so we were told that it wasn’t safe for night time walks.

Was quite a nice hotel. We were glad of the easy parking. Nice breakfast. Wish there were some gluten free options, as I know there are muffins in packaging that would be helpful or some hard-boiled eggs, for those of us with a host of food allergies to gluten and milk.
