Beds were not well made, it was like they were made in a hurry when we arrived.Other than that, it is an excellent option for staying in Kelowna. Beds are comfortable, shower is good and rooms are spacious with microwave, coffe maker and table with chairs.I would stay there again.Staff was friendly and professional.

Good service - needs bathroom uodates

Front counter service was great. Two things i was not happy with. 1) no lights by the pool, so even though i got there late I was going to go for a swim, but it wasnt inviting to go swim in the dark. 2) the bathroom needs to be re-done. The tiles were coming away from the wall, the grout wasnt good and there was water near the bottom of the wall (i had not showered) I think the bath tub had a liner over it, it 2adnt a tight fit, so it felt like i could fall through it as it felt like a soft floor. The paint was coming off at the top of the walls near the ceiling. I got there late and the hotel was full so no option to change rooms. Beds were good and clean.

We have stayed here numerous times and the rooms are very clean, the staff is amazing, and the pool is generally not busy. Its a quick 5 minute uber ride to downtown and they are always accommodating for early check in

The room we booked was given away to another customer and we were given a room that accommodates 4 people instead of the one we booked that accommodates 6 people. We were told by the front desk attendants that we would be given back the difference in the rate between the rooms and that they would cover the cost of the air mattress we had to buy to sleep our whole group. When we checked out after our second night the attendant at the front desk at that time said she didnt know anything about that and she would check and let us know around 3pm. Still haven't heard anything

This location was amazing and the staff was really friendly. It was also really nice to lay by the pool. However, the front door leading into the lobby was so dirty and gross, it was off putting. It made you question how clean everything else was.
