The Perch - Luxury House on the Lake

This luxury vacation home sleeps up to 12 and features 150 feet of lakefront! The Private covered electric boat dock can accommodate 2 boats.
This split level house has 2 bedrooms upstairs with amazing lake and island views, and a bunkie downstairs. The bunkie sleeps 8 with 4 full size beds and plenty of drawer and closet storage. There is room for 5 cars.
The dock includes a diving board and the bay is perfect for all watersports.
The outdoor space is amazing with lounge seating, a dining area and umbrella's. Enjoy the outdoor heaters, BBQ and fireplace while you watch the sunset over the mountains.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, microwave, cooktop with griddle and dishwasher. It is stocked with ample cookware, plates, cups, glasses and silverware, sheets, pillows and towels.
Clearlake has boat up bars, restaurants and casinos and is the largest natural lake in California. There are over 10 wineries, a state park and plenty of hiking trails. It is a vacationer's dream!
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Clear Lake. Laundry facilities are available. The vacation home offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

This stay was wonderful. The views, the peace and quiet. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are cozy and very comfortable- specially the bunk bed room.Kids loved all the room and board games. Everyone enjoyed being on the dock, the lights in the evening and fishing in the day time. The drive was beautiful everything was still green. We enjoyed our stay.

Lauren and Joe's house was exactly what my family needed. We wanted to teach the kids how to fish, and we ended up never leaving the house. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook multiple times a day. Access to a private dock and a paddle boat were just really nice, we caught a few fish and even got to chat with the friendly neighbors. All in all, the home was clean, well kept, and a wonderful experience. Cheers to Fireball Joe from the Lal family!

Relaxing Stay

The house was great and the owners were very responsive to questions and requests. Very relaxing to sit on the back deck upstairs each morning with coffee and evening with wine. Sunsets were amazing.

Family Lake gathering

We lived, and grew up in the Kelseyville area. Our family rented 3 houses on Willow. Hanging out cooking, paddling around, and some fishing, and visiting; it was a special experience.

Lovely well stocked house. Access to the water via a play dock where we could launch our own kayaks.Very pretty and peaceful over thanksgiving. With a well stocked kitchen for preparing thanksgiving dinner.We also managed to get door dash from a few restaurants which was great.

birthday getaway on the lake

my siblings and our partners spent the weekend on the lake for my sister's birthday. we are able to hang out and just enjoyed ourselves. the backyard space and seating area was perfect as we sat around the fire pit. the home met all our needs. the queen bunks were perfect and allowed everyone to have a comfortable place to sleep.

Unforgettable honeymoon

This place was amazing. Everything you can think of was available at the house. The boat dock made it extremely easy to keep our fishing boat right at the house the whole time. The road getting in was a little narrrow and tight but we mamaged just fine. Everyone was extremely friendly in the neighborhood. This was an unforgettable honeymoon trip, we hope to celebrate it here every year now. Thank you to our amazing hosts for allowing us to stay an extra day

Thanksgiving stay

The view itself was worth every penny, but it was very well suited for my family. We had dogs, and kids that wanted to fish. So it was perfect! Only a 20 min drive to Clearlake state park where we had a couple of wonderful hikes. The views at night and in the morning were priceless. It was an amazing time. The neighbors were all very sweet as well.

Great view

Although the fishing wasn’t that great, the stay was wonderful. We ran into a couple of mishaps due to the storm but all was resolved and had a several great days to enjoy the lake. We kayaked, fished, and used the paddle boat that was there. It was a wonderful stay overall. We all had a great time. It was plenty stocked with cookware, utensils, linens and plenty of room for sleeping and seating. The deck was wonderful. We enjoyed the outdoor areas. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Joe for checking in with us as well.
