We booked the property a few days in advance, submitted both of our payments on time, and arrived to find the cabin already occupied with no communication from the host. When I messaged inquiring what had happened, I received no response and still have not heard back from the host almost 24 hours later. We were left without a place to stay several hours from home. Extremely disappointment.
