Updated Eagle Rock Landing home steps from the Kenai River. Launch your boat without the worry of limited parking as we have plenty of that for you to utilize. Should you choose to be taken on the River by a guide, arrange to be picked up right out the front door for a wonderful day of Trophy King and Sockeye Salmon fishing.

Arrive to your Alaskan destination by way of a scenic 3 hour drive from the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport or a short 5 minutes drive from the Kenai or Soldotna airports if you’re looking to arrive directly.

This beautifully decorated 2500sf Alaska home is filled with authentic pieces providing you with the feeling of being wrapped in the true Alaska lifestyle.

We are conveniently located less than a 2 hours drive from Homer, Seward or Whittier just to name a few area sightseeing destinations.

Get out and enjoy the miles long paved bike path 1 block from the property headed in either direction or spend your mornings on the 300sf deck with views of the river and surrounding mountain scapes. Make your way indoors to cozy up to the fireplace and enjoy your panoramic view out the surrounding oversized windows in every direction.

The ground level welcomes you to a large entrance/mud room to drop your shoes and jackets before entering into the main space. You can settle into the newly updated king master bed/bath with walk in shower and large walk in closet. This level also provides 2 additional bedrooms and the second newly updated tub/shower full bath.

The uppermost level is a fully stocked and updated kitchen with island, a large dining area seating 8-10, open living space with ample comfortable seating and French doors leading out to the deck area with additional patio seating.

Make your way down to the lower level where you will find 2 additional rooms and a newly added full stall shower bathroom. This space provides a large additional living space/TV room, exercise bike and washer/dryer for use during your stay.

Amazing property!!

Absolutely wonderful!

This was a great house - clean, spacious, well equipped, close to fishing, etc. We cooked fresh caught salmon on the grill two nights and cooked most meals at the house. They had a great selection of cookware and utensils. The kids loved the downstairs bunk rooms. The adults thought it was great to be close but on a separate level from the kids. Everyone loved the wildlife decor (hunting and fishing themed). My wife and daughters wanted me to mention again how clean the house and particularly the bathrooms were. Bottom line, I can't say enough nice things about the house and hosts.

Property very clean and great Alaska decor located walking distance to river, boat launch and preserve. Kids loved seeing wild moose. Awesome base camp for visits to Homer and Seward and Russian River Falls. Fred Meyer nearby. My family loved the house, the location and the boat launch. Would do it again. 5 star plus!

The house was perfect - plenty of room for our family members and the large open kitchen dining/living area was great for gatherings. The owners were absolutely wonderful. We were late getting out the last day and the owners were very gracious about it. The salmon fishing on his boat was alot of fun - very appreciative of his time & gas to take us out!! Would highly recommend this place. Bonus - there is a walmart just 4 miles from the house!
