This lovely bright modern townhouse is located just a 15 minute stroll over the bridge from the town of Kenmare. There are three bedrooms so in all, this holiday home can accommodate up to 5 people very comfortably. The open plan living room come dining room and kitchen is cosy yet filled with light from the rear of the property. There is a warm electric fire in the sitting room along with a TV and a comfy suite of furniture. The dining table seats 6 people. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need including washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary glassware, utensils, crockery and cutlery. Patio doors lead to the garden outside. Upstairs There are three bedrooms. The master king size double bedroom has an ensuite with shower. There is a twin bedroom and a single bedroom along with a main bathroom with bath and shower over. The grounds are immaculately kept and all residents respect the peace and tranquillity of their environment making it the perfect retreat to really get away from it all yet still be so close to the town of Kenmare
