Step inside our 4.5 bedroom, 3.5 bath (plus outdoor shower) beautifully renovated home: Brand new hardwood floors and plush carpeting, custom built in banquette with custom real sap wood hand cut table, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and coastal, modern furnishings. Kitchen has been completely updated and has every amenity you will need to entertain your guests, including a Vitamix blender, tea kettle, coffee maker, and bakeware. Other amenities include complimentary paraben free, organic body wash, shampoo and conditioner in every shower, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, bath towels, linens, extra blankets, etc. Relax by the fireplace in our spacious living room, overlooking the Atlantic ocean.
We are perfectly located steps between Mother’s Beach and Gooch’s beach or your own private rocky beach directly out front. Enjoy walks along the ocean every day, and to Kennebunkport town. Or hop in your car and head downtown and enjoy the amazing restaurants and shopping. We have private parking for 2 full size cars.
