Sleeps 16+ comfortably with 4 king beds and 9 twins - includes a "family suite," pack-n-play, and fun bunk room for the kids!

You will have access to the entire two-story home, including:

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip any USED beds and leave sheets on top of the bed.
Make sure all trash and recycling is bagged. Bags should be placed in the bins in the corral in the driveway, next to the garage. Please NO LOOSE TRASH IN BARRELS.
Set thermostats to 65 in winter, A/C units to 72 in summer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If any of your actions trigger a cancellation, refund, or discount to the next guest, you will be responsible for the full amount of the lost revenue.
Only dogs and people disclosed on the reservation are allowed. Undisclosed dogs or guests will result in dismissal or a $50 fee per person/pet night.
Late checkouts are granted if possible BUT must be requested in advance. If you are not gone by 10am you will be charged for an extra night.
