We had the best time! This was our family’s first time in Maine and we absolutely fell in love with the whole area, but especially Goose Rocks Beach. Debbie and her family (the owners) were so welcoming and it was great having them next door in case we needed anything. She even offered us a beach tent and toys for the kids in addition to beach chairs. The house was a short walk to the beach along picturesque New England beach houses with tons of flowers, butterflies, and hummingbirds. The beach was perfect for kids and we loved looking for hermit crabs in the tidal pools when the tide was low. The grassy yard was perfect for letting the kids run around and the outdoor shower was great for getting the sand off of them. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We are dying to come back!

Wonderful quiet house with large open kitchen/living room and nice yard. Outdoor shower. Place was super clean and well stocked. Great place to spend a week at one of Maine's best beaches.

Beach and relaxation paradise

Debbie and Nick were amazing hosts and we have a great vacation here with our family of 4. They were friendly and helpful, and also gave us privacy to enjoy our vacation. Their home was very comfortable and spacious, plenty of places for our two young kids to play. The kitchen is well appointed with a serene deck for outdoor dining and plenty of seating inside as well. Just a few minutes walk to Goose Rocks Beach; we would recommend this spot to anyone!

Wake up to chipmunks

Great house located a couple of short blocks from the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and flowers around. I left my window open a little at night and one morning this strange sound outside made me look for some kind of bird in the tree outside my window, but it was a chipmunk! Probably looking for a date. Really nice kitchen appliances, loads of dishes/pots/pans, huge TV, great to have sheets and towels including beach towels, beach chairs, great deck and deck furniture to sit outside. Extremely friendly owners live next door and even gave me little food gifts! Definitely would go back.

Great comfortable house in quiet neighborhood

Debbie is a great host. She was quick to answer my questions and respond to my needs. The house was very clean and well appointed. I have stayed in GRB many times and this was the best supplied house I have rented. Lots of pots and pans, serving dishes and bowls, blenders, kitchen gadgets, beach towels, chairs and an umbrella, paddle board and kayak. She even supplied a welcoming gift of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Flying in from CA I greatly appreciated not having to bring linens. I also appreciated the AC. It was a very hot week and the AC cooled down the bedrooms in short order. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is only a five minute walk to the beach. Delightful!

Great First Rental Experience!

This was our first time renting a house for a week in the summer and so happy our first experience was a great one! Owners are very friendly and helpful, the house is close to the beach, and the property was the perfect size and provided everything we needed! And how sweet to close out the trip by picking some blueberries right outside the house before heading home :) We can't wait to return!
