Located on almost 2 acres in Dock Square, Kennebunkport offering ample space to play! Just a quick 5 minute walk to Coffee shops, restaurants, retail shops, and more. Inside you will find 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Located right next to the Kennebunkport consolidated school playground.

First floor: (there is a small 3-5 step staircase to get to the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom)
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen with island and dining table, living room, and a sitting room.

We had a fantastic time with friends for Prelude and would definitely return. The trundles were tricky for our age group. Nobody wanted to get stepped on in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. The space and the layout is great. In the Winter months more lighting is needed in the Parlor and in the living room, we imagine in the summer the natural light is amazing and wait to return in the Spring for a family wedding! Kitchen is incredibly equipped and bathrooms were great never ran out of hot water or pressure with 8 women getting ready at once!!
