The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pull the sheets from the bedding(you can leave the mattress protectors on) and put them in the laundry basket in master bedroom closet or in/on the washing machine. You do not need to start the load.
Please make sure all lights and fans have been turned off in the home prior to departure (please keep the ACs on at 73F during the summer months and heater on at 68F during the winter months.)
Throw all trash away - There is a green garbage bin at the side of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
