We always enjoy staying at Hampton Inn. I wasn't happy being given a room on the first floor, looking at cars parked right outside our room. The hotel was not full, far from it so I don't understand the receptionists selection.

The staff said there was a nonrefundable pet fee. Ok underdstood. Staff unhelpful when asked for a breakdown of said fee. @ 75 per night. Dog spent 1 night only on a 2 night reservation. I was charged 125. The math doesnt add up. The gentleman at the front desk was less than helpful.
