Wow Red Lion y'all really don't care. Has that old weird smell. Dark and gloomy. Holes in the walls paint peeling off the ceiling. Mold in the bathroom. Stains on the carpet. Refrigerator looked like it fell down a flight of stairs. I wish I was joking...lol

Shower/Tub drain extremely slow draining, closet doors did not slide, outlets so old plugs fell out of them so no charging, room smelled like stale cigarettes and the back sliding door to the pool/garden area DID NOT LOCK! There was a small aluminum rod behind the door so it didn’t slide open! Mentioned all this when checking out a day early, they offered to move us to a different room but I am sure it would be just as old and broken. So I declined since I was told that they knew the sliding door didn’t lock. Like it was no big deal. Our safety is a priority to me! Checked into the Lodge at the Columbia Point! Should have just went there to start with!

I have stayed here many times. Never had an issue until last night when I showed up and they had over booked the hotel. Luckily the front desk man was amazing and was able to get a room that was checked out early and cleaned, got it ready for me. I just have never had a hotel overbook when I had paid already. Overall was crappy situation BUT the front desk (night shift worker) was fantastic.

It’s basic and clean for a place to sleep. The amenities are very limited. They do not have a laundry area or place to purchase snacks or toiletries. Staff was friendly. Overall outdated but for the price it was decent.

The front desk staff and food service person is always friendly, and courteous. The breakfasts are always fresh and delicious, and the coffee is really good. I have stayed at other hotels, but got to tell you the Red Lions breakfasts are the best. Rooms are always nice and clean. You can tell I have stayed there more than once. I will always book my hotel reservation at this Red Lion location when I am in the area. Keep up the good work!.
