The room smelled really bad, stains on the bed, the shower was not clean, and the pool was dirty and the area around the pool was very dirty. The couch had stains on it. There was sticky stuff around the fridge and the microwave, the mini fridge was very sticky for the handles, switch plates, and mirrors. We always enjoy our time at Comfort Inn and this one was terrible.

Stayed a couple days and they never came to clean the room. I asked for new towels and they said they could quickly put our towels in a machine? Even the towels at the pool ran out when we asked for a few they gave us 2. Then the remotes in the room didn’t work for the new tvs so we had to pick one Channel for the whole trip.

The parking lot was iced over and very slippery. The lady at the desk was not helpful. The vending machines did not accept credit cards. The Atm was unplugged. I rented a room that was supposed to have a walk in shower but received a room with an old tub and shower. There was absolutely no water pressure and the water in the shower was not hot. Needless to say i will not stay here again.
