Villa Colibri is a private, multi-structure estate designed for groups who want to spend time together without feeling crowded—offering space to gather, unwind, and settle comfortably across the property from the moment you arrive.
The property includes:
• A main house with kitchen, living areas, and primary bedrooms
• A poolside casita-style suite with its own sitting area
• An optional private guest unit (ADU) available as an add-on, with its own entrance, king bed, full kitchen, and dinette.
All areas are within a short walk of each other, making it easy to move between spaces without ever feeling spread out.
All structures included in your booking are:
• Fully private and exclusive to your group
• No shared spaces or on-site hosts
The layout is designed so:
• Everyone can gather centrally (kitchen, pool, outdoor dining)
• While still having physical separation between sleeping areas
There is also a secondary building near the pool that is not part of the rental. It is not accessible to guests and will remain unoccupied during your stay.

While it is part of the same structure as the main house and poolside casita, it does not have interior access and is entered separately. Inside, it features its own kitchen, dinette, king bedroom, and living area with an additional sofa bed—making it a great fit for a couple or small family who may want more independence.

• This home must follow Sonoma County’s vacation rental rules, which include restrictions on noise and sound.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please avoid loud outdoor activity during this time.
• Outdoor amplified sound is not allowed at any time — including Bluetooth speakers, outdoor TVs, or loud music played from phones or laptops.
• Privacy-safe noise monitoring devices (Minut) are installed on-site to help us ensure compliance without invading your privacy — it measures sound levels, not conversations.
• We work with a private security company that can be dispatched if we receive reports of excessive noise or parking violations.
• Even in more open areas, sound can carry and impact nearby neighbors. We appreciate your help in keeping things respectful and compliant throughout your stay.
For safety and security, this property has outdoor cameras monitoring:
