What a charming place! Staff were very helpful when we had a little trouble with the self check-in, and my requested rollaway bed was in the room and ready to go. The Kern River scenery is beautiful; the lodge is right across from the river. Perfect for our family of four -- we all got a good night's sleep and woke up ready to explore.

We stayed in the 2nd floor suite and it was fantastic! The rooms had comfortable beds, bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Kitchen had everything needed for a family of 4. The view of the river was great. Convenient parking and access. The staff was helpful and friendly.
