My friends and I had booked this property for one night prior to attending a New Years event within Canggu, as we thought our original accomodation was too far away on the busy balinese roads. Upon booking, we received 0 correspondence from the owners of the properties, and were hence not available to get into the property to fulfil our stay, thus leading us to walk home to our villa in Seminyak, 7km away. The phone number on the listing is fake, and after contacting people from neighbouring site Vrbo (who facilitated the booking through Expedia), the other phone number they had listed for the villa was also not available to be reached, making it impossible to reach the destination, hence being helpless in our position as a consumer. We are currently in talks to get the refund for the property back, as there was no way possible that we were able to receive what we purchased. We highly recommend taking this listing down off the site until the issues are rectified so that the same issue does not happen to any other travellers. Thank you
