A welcoming open plan living space with a stylish well equipped kitchen and dining area. There are two leather sofas and easy chair, wall mounted Smart TV, DAB Radio, I-Pod doc and solid oak furniture. The generous well appointed kitchen provides quality integrated Siemens appliances and ceramic hob.

The tasteful master suite provides king size bed, two original Georgian windows with shutters, easy chair, and ensuite shower room.

The warm second bedroom provides a super-king which can be made into a twin with large built-in wardrobe and cosy two seater sofa.

The bright and vibrant third bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a super-king (please be aware a £15 charge applies). Each bedroom has a TV, solid oak furniture, luxury linens and quality furnishings.

The main bathroom has a shower over the bath.The owners provide complimentary WI-FI, Cole & Lewis hand soaps, and some towels.

There is a small utility room with laundry facilities.

There are two allocated car parking spaces on the private Bridge Complex car park.
