This modern dormer bungalow offers superb family accommodation and is finished to an exceptionally high standard. It is within very easy walking distance of Keswick town centre and the various amenities the town has to offer.

The spacious lounge features generous seating, a large screen smart television, DVD and a gas fired imitation wood burner. The property benefits from high speed Wi-Fi.

The kitchen-diner has plenty of workspace and is superbly fitted with an electric oven and hob, an integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. A large dining table and matching chairs completes a beautiful open plan family kitchen-diner, with picture windows looking on to the private gardens.

The gardens offer a secluded space to relax, and theres even space to enjoy a barbeque during the Summer months.

The property has a downstairs double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite, a large family bathroom and two upstairs bedrooms, one being a twin-bedded room with views of the surrounding hills and a further double room with a king size bed. This was our first holiday as a family with our one year old grandson. A Christmas present for us all and we loved the house it was perfect giving space, warmth and comfort to us all. Very well equipped and close to the centre and within easy walking distance of the beautiful countryside and mountains. A couple of maintenance and cleaning glitches but minimal. We hopefully will return. A slightly later check out would have helped especially as the check in wasn't until 4pm. (Albeit we know we could have paid extra for this). Getting everything together by 10am was a wee bit fraught. Other than than that we have made fabulous memories. Thank you.
