Andora Villa Condo 119 - Relax on Trail Creek and Walk to Downtown

This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath 2 story condo located in West Ketchum will sleep up to 4 guests and is walking distance to town. On the main level is the living area with a 55-inch TV with cable/streaming and a gas fireplace. There is access to the deck with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a 4-burner gas cooktop. There are 3 bar stools at the countertop for extra seating—the dining table seats 6. The half bath is also located on this level with a stacked washer/dryer in the closet.

Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a 36-inch flat-screen TV with cable, a walk-in closet, and access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the same hallway bath.
There are hardwood floors throughout the condo, and room to store your skis by the front door.

Complex Features: The Andora Villa condominiums are located near downtown Ketchum. This quiet villa overlooks tranquil Trail Creek and is about two blocks from downtown Ketchum and approximately 1/2 mile from the River Run ski lifts access area. This complex offers a peaceful escape but also has easy access to entertainment, dining, and outdoor recreation. There is a free shuttle that picks up near the complex that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum, as well as Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We had a lovely stay. FYI, the front screen door does not shut and the king bed is lumpy ,needs to be replaced. Other than that all was well! Would recommend. Great location! Close to town and Bald mountain!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Sun Valley condo. The creek outside made it feel peaceful, the heater worked great, and having a washer/dryer and hair dryer made things easy and comfortable. The only downside was that the ski shuttle just steps away wasn’t running due to street construction. We’d happily stay here again though.

Website was good. Check-in was effortless with after-hours check-in. Good to have a map provided in the darkness. The unit was clean and pretty well stocked. One suggestion is to lubricate the front door to eliminate the squeaks along with the closet doors in the second bedroom. The unit worked for us, and we'll recommend this to our friends. Good job!

Stunning Backyard, Windows Galore, Perfect Location

Drink wine in the backyard, dunk in the creek, view those gorgeous sights from the main bedroom. Walk to and from town lick-ity split, with fan favorites being, of course, Pioneer, Casino, Rickshaw, Grumpies and more. Clean, well-appointed, easy to lounge in all day or use as a jumping off spot for town adventures or even longer hikes or day trips to Red Fish Lake. An absolute gem. Easy to get into and outout, with no real fussy check-in or check-out requests. Everyone responded quickly, kindly and efficiently.

Great location and cozy stay

The hosts provided, what I consider, above and beyond amenities: individual skin lotions, shampoo and conditioners to name a few. The kitchen is well appointed to include a full spice rack. There were air humidifiers for both bedrooms which was welcome for our winter stay. There were a couple of small things that could be addressed: on one of the stove burners the igniter didn't work so it had to be lit with a match; one dresser drawer handle was dangling. Just a couple of little things like that but nothing major. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Also, the condo is right on the free bus route to town and the mountain.

Great unit

The unit was great. It was a short walk to Ketchum and to the free Shuttle to River Run. We had a little trouble with communication with the management group in that the link to the app sent to us (twice) doesn't work and neither did their toll free numbers. We were told there would be taxis at the airport and there was...one..who had come to pick up someone else who didn't show so he could take us. Pre arrange your transit if you are arriving at night (our flight landed just past 9 pm)

Excellent location to Bald Mountain & dining

The property was accurately advertised. We were surprised to find how complete supplied the kitchen was for making meals in the condo. The beds were comfortable and we slept great every night after a fun day of skiing. The condo's location is perfect for walking to fine dining and favorite local dive bars. Although not a ski in/ski out resort, the location to the ski resort was very close and convenient. We loved out stay in Sun Valley and at Andora Villa Condo. I would highly recommend this lodging for location, cleanliness, functionality, and comfort.
