Inside, the space is compact but has everything you need:
A cozy living area with a comfortable couch and a dining table for four.
A kitchenette with cooking basics, a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and stovetop — great for quick breakfasts or simple dinners after a day on the hill.
Upstairs, the loft bedroom offers a queen bed, storage for your gear, and plenty of cozy mountain charm.
The full bathroom features a shower/tub combo, perfect for soaking tired legs after carving Baldy all day.
While the communal pool is currently under construction, there's plenty more to love about this location. The Warm Springs Lodge is just a short stroll away for après-ski drinks, and you're only a quick drive or shuttle ride from downtown Ketchum, where you'll find local favorites like Apple's Bar & Grill, Irving's Hot Dogs, and Konditorei Bakery for your morning fuel-up.

This is a NO PET, NON ANIMAL HOME, ZERO TOLERANCE. No pets or visitors' pets are allowed onsite. This property is designated as not pet-friendly. Please see rental agreement or contact management for a complete list of rules and pet policies. The owners have allergies.

A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your booking. Additionally, a 6% non-refundable cancellation fee applies to all cancellations

Note for Airbnb Bookings

We charge a cleaning and linen fee to all guests, as well as a damage protection waiver. Airbnb combines these fees into one "cleaning fee" on their platform.

The cleaning and linen fee covers the cost of cleaning the property after each guest stay, as well as providing fresh linens and towels. The damage protection waiver covers any damage to the property that is not caused by normal wear and tear.
